Undelivered Packages
Impact Computers ensures that all packages are processed as efficiently as possible. Sometimes customers refuse shipments or fail to claim them from the shippers or customs location.
As a result, we incur expenses of paying for the return shipment from the courier, and in many cases we lose the merchandise if the customer does not claim the shipment.
Some of the instances for which a restocking fee applies include:
Refused Packages
Incorrect Delivery addresses
Undelivered Packages
Unclaimed Customs Packages
Unclaimed Postal Packages
Unclaimed UPS, FedEx, or DHL Packages
Unclaimed RMA Reshipments
Orders cannot be reshipped or reinstated. However, you can call our sales line and enter a new order.
