To exchange or return an item, here is what you need to know:
You have 30 days after we ship your product(s) to exchange or return.
We do not charge restocking fees



Returning products can turn into a burden; it can develop into a frustrating and never-ending task. Impact Computers and Electronics, Inc. offers a solution to such frustration. With an excellently organized RMA process, customers can initiate the return immediately. We offer an RMA request form online that can be filled out 24 hours of the day, just go on this page; representatives can also be reached via telephone or Live Help during regular business hours. 
 
Product returned to Impact Computers labeled as defective or incorrect are spot checked and/ or tested on a test-bed with actual peripherals to ensure and verify the information provided on the RMA. If the product is confirmed defective, a replacement is tested and shipped in order to ensure the customer's satisfaction. 
 
A customized system provides statistical analysis an all returns to identify trends and, therefore, limit customer liabilities.
 
Impact Computers also offers the longest warranty of all wholesale parts distributors, including many direct manufacturers. For new, certified and refurbished products, the company offers a full-30 days warranty.

Once an RMA number is provided, we require the part back within 10 days. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned back to our facility within the 10 day period. Any item sent after the 10 day period would automatically be denied.
