Once an RMA is submitted, you should receive an email with the outcome within 24 hours.

Refunds typically take 48-72 hours to process from the time the product arrives in our facility

 

However, due to the large number of parts that we carry (about 900K parts) sometimes we need to locate the source of the problem and thus avoid sending you again an incorrect part or defective unit. 

 

If you really need a replacement immediately you can contact our sales staff and reorder the product.
