Impact Computers always welcomes customer reviews and ratings. We do regret, however, that dissatisfied customers are more likely to post online reviews than satisfied customers.

 

The many satisfied customers we serve every day, many of whom we have long-term relationships with, some of whom we process orders for almost every day, these customers are largely absent from online reviews.

 

We welcome constructive criticism, and we are active in responding to dissatisfied customer reviews online, but we also want to publish positive reviews to illustrate who we are as a company.

 

We have shipped nearly a million orders in the last few years and yet a handful of bad reviews tarnish our name.
