International Orders Lost / Undelivered orders
Carriers such as FedEx and UPS offer insurance upon shipment of products.
If you select USPS (United States Postal Service) you give up the right to have your package insured. Therefore, Impact Computers and Electronics will not be held liable for any lost international package.
Claims typically take 10-15 Business Days to process. If a claim is approved, a check is sent to us, upon receipt, we can provide a refund for the same amount as the claim awarded.
