No, most of the parts do not include extra resources like software, drivers, recovery CD's, user manuals, or tech manuals. 

 

These resources can be obtained directly from the OEM manufacturer (e.g., Seagate, Mitsumi, etc.) or from the laptop, desktop, or server manufacturer (e.g., Toshiba, Gateway, etc).
