What kind of discounts will I get? Every account is unique in its own way and can be customized for special shipping or discounts our sales department can further explain.
 
Can I use my own shipping account number? We will gladly let you use your own account number within the United States.
 
I need products that are not on your website? With a B2B account with Impact Computers we can locate rare and hard to find parts for you. Please inquire with your assigned account executive.
 
What quality controls do you have in place? Impact Computers takes pride not only in its ability to deliver component parts, but in its rigorous quality control testing to ensure that our company provides you with the correct product, the functionality, and the condition that you have requested. We have qualified personnel who specifically specialize in testing, cleaning and repackaging all products within our controlled facility.

How many locations does Impact Computers have? We currently have four locations worldwide. Our main facility is headquartered in Hollywood, Florida; but we also operate and ship from three other locations; Brazil, Chile, and Argentina.
