Warranty and Returns


If you wish to return merchandise you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization

We carry over 175k parts and we understand that many times customers order the products incorrectly or no longer need the products. Please follow the guidelines and we will help you return or exchange the items fast and efficiently. However, due to the nature of the business of replacement parts, you must act promptly to avoid losing the option of getting a replacement or refund.

Authorized Returns

Dead on Arrival (DOA), Items Incorrectly Ordered (IIO), Items Incorrectly Shipped (IIS) and items that you wish to return for any other reason must be reported within 10 days from receiving the item to get a refund. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number with in the 10 days period or you will not be able to get a refund.

We reserve the right to test the product and confirm the defectiveness before issuing a refund or an exchange.

All items must be 100% complete, original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, original labels and UPC codes on manufacture boxes to be accepted for RMA. Incomplete returns will result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee, and possibly a refusal of your return.

Restocking Fees:

15% or ($15 whichever is greater)
Restocking Fee applies to the following:
  • All items returned sealed (not opened)


25% or ($25 whichever is greater)
Restocking Fee applies to the following:
  • All opened items


Unauthorized Returns

  • Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address is invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% or $15 (whichever is greater) plus applicable shipping and handling fees.
  • Any items that have the warranty label/mark removed that verifies the item to be an Impact Computers product will be refused a refund or exchange.
  • Any items “over clocked” or installed improperly are considered physically damaged and will be not replaced or refunded.
  • Any items defaced, physically damaged, non-functional due to user error or virus will not be replaced or refunded.
  • Any returns with out a Valid RMA Number will not be replaced or refunded.
  • Any item after 10 days after an RMA number has been issued.


Shipping Charges

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on return items. All related fees (shipping and return shipping fees) are non-refundable for all items. If we send you an incorrect item or the item is defective and you wish to get a replacement we will ship the item back to you via UPS 3 Day Service at our expense.

Refunds

Allow up to 15 business days for all refunds to be processed. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 30 days from the date we issue your credit to post it in your account.

Warranty

All products are covered by Impact Computers' warranty against defects.

If an item proves to be defective, use the Return Merchandise Authorization form to have the product repaired or replaced. All of our products are covered by a 90-Day Impact Computers' warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Refurbished, re-certified, used, and Rebuilt Items are covered by a 30-Day Impact Computers' Warranty. Defective products can only be exchanged for the same identical part number/ item.

Regardless of the brand, products will be covered exclusively by Impact Computers' stated warranty.
