Impact Computers ensures that all packages are process as efficiently as
possible. Sometimes customers refuse the shipments or fail to claim them
from the shippers or customs location. As a result we incur in to the
expenses of paying for the return shipment from the currier and in many
cases we loose the merchandize if the customer does not claim the
shipment. Therefore, we have established that customers are responsible
for the shipping costs as well as a restocking fee of $15% or $15 (which
ever is greater)

Unclaimed UPS, FedEx, or DHL Packages

Unclaimed RMA Reshipments
Orders can not be reshipped
or reinstated. However, you can call our sales line and enter a new
