Body: They had the exact part I wanted (no one else did!), and it was on
sale to boot! Their service was prompt, and the item received was exactly as
it was described. Packaging was perfect, it arrived in perfect condition. No

Body: I recently crushed the connection between the A/C adapter and my
laptop. I called the computers manufacturer and was told that the part was
out of stock and they would call me in three weeks if they could backorder.
I did a Yahoo search for the brand name parts and found Impact Computers &
Electronics. Their website was easy to use. I searched by the brand name and
part number. They had several in stock, both new and refurbished. A picture
accompanied each one and the price was clearly stated. I received an
immediate confirmation and then a notice that it had been shipped. It
actually arrived faster than they said it would. My laptop is now working
again. In all honesty, if I need any more parts I think Ill bypass the
manufacturer the next time and go back to Impact. |

search engine. The product was in stock and delivered to me within the three
business days as promised. The on-line delivery tracking detailed the
information accuarately. I found the prices to be very competative. I would
definately order from Impact Computer & Electronics for any future upgrades

that was delivered promptly, in excellent condition and at an extremely fair
price. I was able to install the unit with no difficulty and my Customer is
