We are primarily an outsource facility that assumes the major responsibility of supplementing the existing channels when they fail in their attempt to satisfy customer requirements for these materials. Our role is to fit within the demands and needs of those clients we represent. The demand in the marketplace for replacement parts is significant and there is a necessity to support this business. We support many of these same customers in their requirements for supplies and accessories.

The traditional channel distribution model does not adequately support this segment of the market. The key elements necessary to succeed are inventory management and the representation of a broad selection of manufacturers that provides a "One Stop" shopping environment.

End of Life - Discontinued Equipment

Many of our relationships began as a result of our assuming the responsibility of supporting end of life equipment. These situations normally are difficult for manufacturers to manage as the introduction of new product lines take priority. These programs are easily transferred as a continuing uninterrupted effort to customers at any level.

Part Number Identification

A very significant portion of customers do not have available the part numbers for the product they wish to order. E-mail us and we will provide you with the correct part number. We carry over 200k parts that are not listed on our web site from Apple, Compaq, IBM, Sony, Acer, Toshiba and Dell.
