I ordered the incorrect item, can I return it?
Yes, for a period of 10 days from the time that you received the item you
can get a refund and then reorder the correct item.
You must
provide all the information requested on the form in order for us to process
your request as efficiently as possible. Otherwise there will be delays on
the process.
