IMPAC
VISA card (International
Merchant Purchase Authorization
Card
- I.M.P.A.C.)
is a government credit card issued for the purpose of streamlining
government procurement and eliminating
bureaucracy
and red tape. It allows invoices to be authorized for payment immediately
and for funds to be
transferred to vendor's
bank accounts within three days, a big change over the usual thirty day or
more wait time on payments.
The
I.M.P.A.C.
program uses established commercial credit
card
practices and has proven to benefit both Impact Computers and its
customers. There are no
card
fees or administrative costs and it saves on every purchase. Use of the
I.M.P.A.C.
