I have purchase the parts but I still have the problems from before, What can I do?


If you have purchase a part that does not resolve the problem (for example you purchase a new battery and a new Ac adapter but your laptop still does not charge the batteries) you can send your unit along with the old parts and the new parts to get them properly diagnosed.

There are many case where a diagnostic by an experienced person can make you spend a lot of unnecessary expenses. If you are not sure of what the problem is with your laptop we strongly suggest that you send it to us for a diagnostic before you purchase any major parts.
