I do not see my order listed to request an RMA
The system will only
show orders that qualify to get an RMA :
Refunds: 10 days
from the time you receive the product if the product is dead on
arrival
Defective: Up to 90
days from the time you received the product if you wish to exchange a
defective product for the same exact unit (no refunds or exchanges for
other products).
