How long does it take to process an RMA?
It takes 3-5 business
days for us to process and re-ship or issue a refund once we receive the
items. However, due to the large number of parts that we carry (about 55k
Parts) sometimes we need to locate the source of the problem and thus
avoid sending you again an incorrect part or defective unit. If you really
need a replacement immediately you can contact our sales staff and reorder
the product. |
