• We will Repair all defects/problems and return your Laptop/Notebook Repaired in the same box unless otherwise notified.
• We will return ship your Laptop/Notebook 2nd Day Air. (Additional Charge for Next Day Air)
• We will back our Laptop/Notebook Repair work with a 90-Day Warranty. New Laptop parts carry a 1-year warranty.
• If you accept the estimate for the repair we will fix your notebook ASAP.
• If the repair is to expensive (Screen is broken, main board damage, or if the unit is to old) then we can purchased the unit from you.
• or we will send the unit back to you immediately and you will pay us $49.95**  flat fee (includes shipping the unit back to you)

IMPACT COMPUTERS.COM is not held responsible for any software or data lost on the customer's hard drive. It is the customer's responsibility to make backup files. After a repair is completed we dispose of all defective parts. If you need the old part back please include the request on the notes field.
